Ashes To Ashes

One thing almost everyone on the planet has in common is the shared experience of losing someone special. When I lost my mother and her ashes were returned after the funeral there came a further dilemma of what to do with them. Whilst in that instance we placed her ashes in an existing family plot belonging to her partner, it wasn't a place I where I could feel close to the memory of my lovely Mam. Also, as a dog lover, every time I've had to say goodbye to a beloved pet I've declined the return of their ashes as there was nowhere suitable to keep them. The idea of planting a tree where I could place the ashes of those who pass away seemed like a perfect answer when the environment is crying out for help and so Ashes to Ashes was born. >
